We were driving north on 287, and wanted something other than burgers on the road trip. We had to do a U-turn to get to Veronas, which I wasn’t excited about, but turns out to be a GREAT decision for my belly. Chicken marsala was SO delicious, different (in the best way possible) from the kind that is served in some of the major chain restaurants. I love this place - Verona's is a small town, locally owned Italian restaurant that gets everything right. The waitstaff are friendly and professional, the menu is extensive, the food is well prepared and delicious and the prices are very reasonable.
If you're staying at the nearby Hampton Inn, Verona's is about 100 yards away and an easy walk. They also do take out.

Made a reservation for a party, and they were so easy to work with! The service was phenomenal, the food was excellent, and did not have a long wait for it as we expected with a large group. A five star event!
