My kids and I can in for lunch and of course Canes never disappoints… Staff was very courteous and quick, as soon as somebody even parks their already saying “car parking” or “3 up” letting other team members aware of customers coming in and staff preparing for fast service… Definitely coming back ?
It has some opportunities in customer service, but in terms of food quality it is very good. The flavor and cooking of the chicken is perfect. It is evident that the oil they use for frying is new, offering the product a good flavor.
Food is always good, this location’s atmosphere is unbeatable but they always mess up my orders…don’t really know how that’s even possible when all they serve is chicken, toast, fries, coleslaw and cane’s sauce…also if you order on the app they WILL NOT allow you to pick it up in the drive through, they will literally make you wait through the line and park your car and go inside instead of just handing you your order. Quite bothersome if you ask me!
