Terrible service and terrible food.

Leticia was amazing. Very pleasant, prompt, and made sure our cups weren't empty.

We had a new server named Leticia. She did a great job. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken and Shrimp. It had very little flavor. My husband ordered Shrimp and Steak Paarmesan. The steak was folded in half and cooked. I’ve eaten at Applebees in other towns. This Applebees is not up to par.

Sometimes the wait is too long

Typical Applebee's. Not excellent but not bad. Soda machine was down when we went but i'll assume that's not the norm.

This is by far the cleanest Applebee’s I’ve ever been into! I had pretty low expectations given that it’s a mall Applebee’s, but I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the establishment was and how good the food was! Even on a Saturday night, the food came in a realistic amount of time given how busy the restaurant was, and it was delicious! Our server, Jessica, was one of the best servers I think I’ve ever had in any restaurant ever! She was patient, kind, communicated clearly, attentive to my children, brought my son his food when it came out so we could all eat peacefully (without being asked, she just knew), talked to my son without patronizing him like other servers tend to do (took his order, asked questions about his choice, asked him how he was enjoying his meal). Absolutely no complaints! The staff must have good leadership at this location and it is absolutely reflected in the quality of food and service!
