Stopped by Burger King today and everything was on point. My order came out fresh and hot, fries were delicious and the staff was friendly and quick. Definitely one of the better BK locations I’ve been to

The only real problem I have with this Burger King is that they never-never have their soda machine working at 100% in the lobby. Also, the driver round the building. There's a foot deep. Trench if you fall into it, you won't get out with your tire. It's as wide as a tire. It should be filled in. The concrete ends and the dirt is dug away It's an accident waiting to happen.

Very rude girl at window.Ask for ketchup and ranch.She gave me ranch and slam the window.i paid for 2 jalapenos and didn't even get that.
The wait was extremely long. We ordered on the app. for drive thru pickup. There were 3 cars ahead of us when we arrived. It took 40 minutes to get to the pickup window and get our food. They were out of rootbeer and ketchup, also. Place oder at 2:45 finally got home at 3:50.

I regularly get my fast food from BK, as one of few flame broiled. As a senior on a fixed income, they've always had options I can afford . A recent incident sealed the deal on service. One of my favs is the Rodeo Burger, with a value fries or frozen Fanta, enough to satisfy. Recently ordered one w cup of water, new associate rang up $1.18 for the water (more than frz Fanta!), so declined the drink. An associate at window gave me a complimentary water on a day of 108° temp. Now that's a keeper, that's service.

I placed an order through the app in advance, at approximately 3:30 pm. However, even after an hour, my order was not ready. It appeared that the drive-through and lobby orders were being prioritized over online orders.
