Dive bar with NO EXTERIOR SIGNS. Are they waiting for new signs, or do they think they are a speakeasy? Order something fairly simple at the bar, then sit wherever. Play pool or just hang-out, but start a tab because you ned to watch the crowd for a while! Fun stuff! Outdoor patio is covered, with comfy couches and fire pits for cool weather. Indoor barbhad A/C (yay!). Occasional live music. Crowd is mostly friendly hispanic regulars.
Folks, this is the place to be on Saturday night if you don't want to drag your lazy butt across the bridge into Acuna. It's a dive bar, but it's clean, safe, and the crowd is cool. They have a pool table, a couple of electronic dart boards and Touch Tunes (which I personally despise, but who cares?). It is now located at South Main and Broadway. The old News Herald Building. It is a cozy bar. Not as big as the one on this picture but the old building makes for a nice atmosphere. It gets a good crowd around 8pm until closing.
