Almost every single time I go to Jack in the Box I am disappointed. My absolute favorite combo is the Chicken Teryaki Bowl and they ALWAYS tell me they don't have an ingredient for it (rice, veggies, even CHICKEN!) When I decided to get chicken strips the chicken wasn't even cooked thoroughly. I hope they can fix these problems.
