Went through the drive through and the fries were flimsy and seemed old and stale. Asked for bbq sauce and ketchup for my nuggets and fries got none. No straw for my drink and no napkins.. So disappointed after looking forward to a decent meal.
As you know this is a fast food restaurant , but we come from N.C. there is a big difference between there and the people who are very kind. Everybody speaks Spanish super clean.we are traveling to Mexico and we stop by for a breakfast Highly

I ordered my meal via the kiosk and after paying I saw a sign on the window that mentioned the meal I had just paid for with the exception of the spicy nuggets. I went to the register and asked a gentleman if it was too late to request the spicy nuggets vs the regular as it hadn't been an option when I ordered via the kiosk. The sweet man said don't worry, we've got you. That visit was the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Wish I'd gotten his name.
