i love coming to pizza hut here in del rio the guy with the beard i think is the manager is always extremely nice and almost all the employees give excellent customer service theres this two employees that are always amazing one is the tall guy with the black mask and the other one is the lady with the strong voice they always make us feel welcome

They have basil pesto on their website but when you request it on your pizza they never add it. Why do you offer it then on your website? Second time this happens, never ordering from here again.

Deliciosas las pizzas y frescas hechas al instante , el servicio no se diga son super amables!!! Tenía ganas de pizza alas 10:40 de la noche ellos cierran alas 11 así que marque y aunque era tarde me aceptaron el pedido y esperaron a que las recogerá amablemente fue muy amigable y tenía buena actitud el chico , le dejé propina por su buena atención 🙂
I tried to dine in and was unable to because they wwre fixing the lights, then tried to order to take out and they didnt have change for a 100 dollar bill... then i tried to order online and the lady said that it wouldnt work they were short staffed an the lady was despotic totally humiliating me ... ill never come back

Pizza and wings are the best, sometimes once in a blue moon the wings are too small but they are amazing, once you open them you get hit by the intense mouth watering flavors of wings and pizza, this food is incredibly good
I recently was mobilized to Del Rio a month ago and wanted to have a pizza party with my new squad. I called to place an order at Pizza Hut 2114 Veterans blvd Del Rio Tx, 78840 at 4:11 and I ordered a big dinner box and an extra large New Yorker. Unfortunately one of my doesn’t eat pork due to religious beliefs. So I called back at 4:23 pm to change the toppings and the young lady (very rude) said she couldn’t adjust my toppings. Because of that I called AGAIN to cancel my order and the same lady answered the phone (rude again) and asked why I needed to cancel. I explained the reason, she replied ok and hung up. Since that answer doesn’t confirm anything, I called back again assuming we got disconnected. She admitted to hanging up in my face and the order was canceled. She could’ve EASILY said that in the previous phone call, confirmed and said goodbye. Why couldn’t this lady do that? Why does Pizza Hut have employees so rude because of a mistake due to religious beliefs. I don’t know her name because she refused to provide it. I pray Pizza Hut has this conversation recorded and teaches their employees better smh.

Took long to receive our pizza that was ordered online. The employee brought it out and we were the ones saying thank you. He never spoke and seemed upset. Our pizza was cold yet we had to wait longer. Won’t be returning.
