Food was done just right. The employees were very busy on Sunday afternoon. All the tables were filled by the time it was our turn to order. We had a large group, and everyone was attended to with respect and patience.

The attention I received today was very disappointing and sad, starting with the employee who didn't even respond to my greeting, she just stared at me, then asked what we were going to want, she didn't even give us time to see the menu properly, we were waiting impatiently, I already told him which one I wanted and he asked which bread it would be, since I am a new customer shopping there, I told him which one there was, and he named them quickly and in a very low voice that was not even understood, I wanted everything to be quick even though There was no one else waiting, totally I already told him which bread and everything and he left and another employee stayed assisting me, and the same thing, I felt that he wanted me to tell him everything quickly, he still hadn't finished making me the first when he asked, "Will it only be this one?" And I answered no, and I already told him which one else, he started doing it and again, "just these two?" And I, "no, I want this other one" I totally felt the attitude of the 2 very passive aggressive, very bad experience because you never think that they will treat you in this bad way when you just want to go see a new place to eat 😞 I I feel sad. In other places, from the moment you enter, they are already greeting you and welcoming you with a smile and there 🤨 with unfriendly faces. On the other hand, the food is very delicious, yes, but I don't come back for anything so that they want to mistreat me again. Subway Del Rio Tx. in customer service 👎🏻

Didn't even get what I ordered. Went through the drive through, could barely hear the employee and they couldn't hear me at all despite my car being turned off and borderline yelling into the speaker. Get home, my rotisserie chicken on wheat was actually chicken breast on white. Not returning.

I really wish I took pictures of the place. There was trash everywhere, tables were dirty. I didn't even want to approach the restroom. I got unsweet tea and it tasted like soapy water. Subway has been my go-to for healthy food. Soapy water in the tea is not healthy! Trash and food on the floor that attracts flies from outside is definitely not healthy. Come on Subway. Get your act together, please !

Sign and Google states they close at 10pm. At 9:15pm as I parked they locked the doors and would not let me in just as the only customer in the building left.
