I’ve stopped in before and forgot to post and exactly the same thing. It’s was absolutely amazing!! I had the mini tacos with apastor, all the way with there just right amount of heat salsa verde. This time I also ordered a Sope with apastor because I’m a big back and was also really really good. You won’t be disappointed you stopped.
First time trying this food truck…Living in Del Valle has been disappointing for food options. This trucks food is fresh, hot and delicious. I had the 3 lengua tacos and 3 bistec tacos with a side of Fries that were perfectly crispy. I will be back everything was perfect and the portions are great.
Fresh and worth every penny.

Tierra caliente taqueria Food truck is a great spot for authentic Mexican food. It offers flavorful chicken quesadilla, chorizo egg and cheese tacos, and pork tamales. The tortillas are good, and the service is friendly. A popular place that provides delicious food with a nice breeze from the highway.
