This is a phenomenal distillery. I have tried many of their products from Harbinger, Grayson collaboration, to their latest Winter Soltice bottling. I can simply say, I havent found a product I didn't like. I have visited the distillery on several occasions and they are always friendly, educational, and accomadating. To put it simply, I love Ironroot Republic whiskey. My favorite brand hands down.

Where else are you going to get a tour led by the people who run the distillery? And a 10 minute explanation of the corn they use…nerdy and love it! Great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. My husband and our adult kiddos love a good bourbon distillery tour. For this one we didn't have to travel to Kentucky, so bonus. Marcia did an excellent job giving the history of the distillery and the bourbon making process itself. Thoroughly enjoyed her presentation, tips and stories.

Had an amazing time! Josh was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Everything we tasted and sampled was simply fantastic! This was one of the best experiences we've ever had at a distillery. Definitely one of my all time favorite distilleries and bourbons! My wife who is far from a whiskey drinker really enjoyed the whiskey and Brandy! We were able to pull our own pours from a few of the barrels which was awesome! Thank you Robert for setting everything up! Next time we will get to meet and have a pour!

The Likarish family has such a wonderful business. Their products are top notch, but don't take my word for it, go give them a try. Our tour guide was none other than the Matriarch, Marcia. Full of information, delivered eloquently, and very accommodating to heighten visitor experience. I for one am sure glad you put down roots in Texas!
