We had so much fun. Learned a LOT from Rob and Marsha, and got to taste some amazing grain to glass whiskey. Humble, experimental, and delicious whiskey is coming out of Ironroot. The vodka is great too! Don’t sleep on em! We drove all the way from Dallas, originally visiting from St. Louis and we were not disappointed.

I haven’t been to the distillery myself, but I recently purchased Saint’s Alley in Indiana. I grew up near Kentucky, so I am pretty well versed in bourbon/whiskey. This was incredible. The depth of flavor -paired with the rye burn and sweet forward notes- create a great experience. These people know what they’re doing, and should be supported fully!

What a cool place! Wish I had more time to spend there but super nice and the gentleman helping was so nice and very knowledgeable about their bottles! I love the bottles they have been producing and since I was sort of passing through the area (more like the state) I had to make a detour and stop!
