Today was my last day to give you my business. I came through the drive thru & spent $13 on a drink & a cake pop for my daughter. I asked for a straw, they told me I couldn’t have one. Due to a shortage. I said, ma’am I spent $13 I always use a straw, she said unless you get a whipped cream drink we can’t give those out anymore. My mind is blown. DO better!!!
Go to the local store & get straws. ( we don’t care if they’re green or not )

Starbucks Coffee Company receives excellent reviews for its friendly and fast service. The baristas, including Cadie, Tyler, and Becky, are described as sweet, friendly, and amazing. They make drinks quick, specific, and delicious, and never mess up an order. One barista asked a customer if they were sick after ordering a herbal citrus mint tea and said it was good to help. The staff also provided pup cups for dogs. The food is excellent, and the mango/dragonfruit lemonade is killer. The place is super clean, hardly a wait at rush, and everyone seems to enjoy being there. It is considered the best Starbucks in both Sherman and Denison, and customers often go out of their way to get their order. The service is so good that one customer was not a huge fan of the brand but is now.
