I went inside to place my order. (My wife's order is a bit more complicated, and I prefer not to tie up the drive-thru). The staff were pleasant and engaging. The drive-thru and to go orders were a little busy, but I received my order in an appropriate amount of time. They even had a stopper for her drink to make it home safely. My Flat White was hot and delicious. ?
