Several mornings the dining room is locked because they have no help
Poor management!
Poor management!
They are always out of the apple pies, and now they changed the recipe and they do not taste as good. Not sure whose decision this was but it was not a good one. If you have something that is very popular, make sure that you never run out and do not change it.
Absolutely ridiculous wait times!!!!! I always only order one small iced coffee and I order it from my phone and give it a good 15 minutes before I’m there to get it and I still have to wait another 10 once I get there for one singular small coffee!!!! I was late to work today Because of it. I didn’t want to keep waiting, so I was going to cancel my order and I couldn’t even get someone to speak to me to cancel my order!!!
