Even though this place was extremely busy and we waited 15 min to be seated, the food and service was great. I had the farmer's skillet. The flavor was perfect-grilled bits of onions and bacon mixed with the hash browns with eggs on top. My husband enjoyed the Lumberjack meal which consisted of sausage, bacon, ham, hash browns, eggs, and two slices of locally baked cinnamon bread made into French toast. The portions are huge. We are from Taylor Tx staying only 2 nights here and needed a place for breakfast and OMG WHAT A GREAT PLACE WE FOUND!!! Nick's has excellent food, and service!!! Highly recommend if you find yourself passing through Denison Tx..

There was a huge selection of food choices and the flavors were great, but the service was lacking. Our waitress showed up one time to ask about the food, but never came back. We had to stop other servers for assistance! Our waitress did show up to wish us a great day as we left!
