Rustico Fine Mexican Cuisine

Terrible service, we went last weekend and sat in the bar and the bartender and waitress completely ignored us. They could tell we weren’t one of the regulars and had no interest in waiting on us.

Rustico is some of the best in Denison. The absolute best thick white queso! I always get the Puerco en salsa Verde because the pork is so tender and I love the sauce - but it's a lot of food!
Yesterday, I switched it up and got the jalapeño bacon Mac and cheese appy and was Not disappointed! I'll be getting that again!
Also, Felipe loves to regale with stories of Africa!

Man this place was great. Came in on Black Friday after messing with the crowds shopping. Only thing better here than the food was the staff. The Main Street special was perfect! The tamales were top shelf. Make sure you try this place!!!

I have to say, the size of this building is impressive. It's probably the largest restaurant I've seen in a long time.

The decor is fantastic, very festive and lots of interesting art and wall mounts to view.
The menus have leather covers which is something I've never seen before.
I had a very late lunch. So I ordered off of the dinner menu.

Don't expect your average Tex-Mex here.
This is what I would call elevated Tex-Mex.
The food was good, I liked the rice, beans, white queso and the dessert was delicious.
I had the flan and it came with a strawberry rose garnish.

The service was on point, and everybody greeted and acknowledged the guests.

Food was awful!
Not the typical Mexican food. Chilli sauce awful taste, black refried beans were gross. I have tried this place 2 times. Do not recommend.

I tried this restaurant because people kept telling me the food and drinks were amazing. Honestly, I didn't like the food. I was expecting quality Fine Mexican Cuisine like the name of the restaurant. I ordered some enchiladas and they didn't have any cheese! Cheese is a main ingredient in enchiladas! The rice was lacking flavor and the drinks were ok.

I always get excellent service.

Really good chicken fajitas – we got them to go – the servings were huge, we only ordered for two people but they could’ve fed four. Great value!

The food and service wad amazing! What a great date night! We will be back!

I ordered the combination fajitas and they brought me two cheese enchiladas with random meat stuck on top of the enchilada which wasn’t a big deal but the cheese was so foul and smelled so bad that when I ate it I got sick about 30 minutes later.

Food and service was the bomb.
