Ordered 10 lbs of very moist smoked brisket that was very flavorful and tender. Mell's BBQ Sauce was probably the best I've had. Not too sweet, not too hot with a little smokiness. Because he does not have the overhead of a storefront, he is able to offer his product at a lower price than the competition. That makes a "big" difference when you are trying to feed 20 or more people. Thanks Mell. I'll be using you for my Dallas area BBQ fixes.
