Like most people in the fast food world today, the art of listening, is lost. If these young people would stop trying to figure out what buttons they are going to push, before they have even heard what was ordered, they might have a chance.

Everytime I pass by this Sonic, they're busy! It took a bit before the employee took my order. That's ok. They were slammed. I bought a Grilled Cheese sandwich, ice tea and onion rings. The other location cuts the sandwich in half and lays about three onion rings on top of the sandwich. This location didn't. The girl still put several mints in my bag.
