The girl had an attitude, only one coffee type brewed and was out of the food item I wanted. She was completely unapologetic, just a so what else attitude. I just walked out.

Great service. Pathetic excuse for a sandwich. This tiny “Ham & Swiss on a Baguette” cost nearly $8.00! It’s a 5-6 inch with barely enough ham and melted cheese. It tasted good but not worth more than $4 prepared.

ie. Cold Brew, Espresso, Coffee

If its not added to the order don't add it to the drink.

Did mobile order, and got to store after it stated my order was ready just for barista to tell me that my order was after cut off, and that they could no longer open the windows and serve me!!! Highly disappointed!!!

In the few years I have been going to this Starbucks location, I think I may have gotten the wrong order 2 or 3 times, and they always fixed it right away. Definitely recommend 👌

Crazy how I asked for no ice. Even had to tell her 3 times no ice. Even on my cup it says no ice but it sure did get loaded with ice. Every time I come to this location they never listen, it’s always a horrible experience. They just do what they want I guess and not listen to their customers. I’m just mainly upset I told her three times also no ice and I still got ice.

I would have given this no stars if able. I just received a latte with no coffee. It is milk and vanilla period and only half a cup. The rest was foam. Horrible. Will not go to this one again.

This is my absolute fav Starbucks. They always great when I walk in, are friendly and a fast well oiled machine! Please go to the Durant Ok. location and teach them your ways! ~Love, an Okie!

I understand the method in which Starbucks operates, which is best for them. However, ever since doing online orders, they Prioritize those in front of walk-in customers which is backwards if you ask me. Somebody orders online then goes to the drive-through and picks it up. I watch 14 drinks be made for the drive-through why I stood and waited for a double shot espresso over 12 minutes and I never got my drink. I finally just asked for a refund and walked out I would hope that a corporation this large could find a better method to service all three avenues of customers. Maybe they’re unaware.

Lady was so rude while I was trying to order , she was almost hateful , and when I told her a different store did what I drank she had a snarky comment about calling that manager , just not the environment I would want to sit in !
