Delicious! Absolutely delicious, the pulled pork is so good, the potato salad is one of the best I’ve ever had. And the service? Fantastic! The owner is hilarious and so kind, a pure joy to chat with. Local family owned business, open 12 days a month, Thursdays-Saturdays, (I forget what time they said they open but they close at 7pm.) I will say the only “negative” Is they are cash only. No card payment or Apple Pay, nothing but cash. But otherwise this is one of the best bbq places in Denison

Hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had, even better than mine! They are always so friendly and accommodating. We usually split a 3-meat plate with two sides and it is more than enough food for the two of us.
The food was great, it has a unique flavor to it but not over the top. The guy knows what he is doing for sure. I highly recommend it!
Parking: There are not a lot of options in front. There is a detail shop right next to it but if they have more than a couple cars waiting you won't be able to park there either. However there is a big parking lot across the street that wasn't even close to full. The detail shop wasn't busy so we pulled right up next to it.
