Fries were cold ate first one before I left the parking lot and it was Cold. Worst #7 I ever had it had know flavor at all.

Horrible service, horrible food. And if you in that drive thru be ready to wait 30min at minimum. Make sure you check your food too.
The Denison Whataburger's quality of service has been degrading for some time now. I've overlooked this because I like the food but today was the last time I will ever go there. The service is slow, even when they are not busy. I ordered the Number 1 which is about as simple as an order can get. A burger, fries, and a drink. Upon arriving at the window, they took my money and then asked me to pull around to the front of the restaurant. There was no one behind me and there were already cars waiting in the limited space they have up front. I told them it did not make sense to pull around while no one was behind me and that there wasn't any room left up front. They insisted, which has happened to me several times before and when I have pulled to the front the orders are slower and once they even forgot it all together. I explained this and they still insisted so I spoke with the manager who was very rude. I then requested a refund. After the amount of attitude I received from the manager, I did not trust the food. She ignored me and left me sitting at the window. I flagged several people down and asked for a refund but ultimately the manager came back with the food. I refused it and once again asked for a refund. She angrily gave me back the money and was so rushed that she dropped the change. She was more indignant when I asked her to correct her mistake. There's more but I've already wasted too much time on this. Goodbye Denison Whataburger.

Ordered my food around 11:45 pm didn't receive my food till 12:11 am. No one else was in front of our car, workers too busy chatting with each other and twiddling their thumbs. I ordered a burger meal and a salad, no reason should someone wait almost 30 minutes for that, worse even there were workers going back and forth front counter and kitchen with no hair nets.
As someone who works in fast food this is truly upsetting.

They usually mess up my accommodations and all I ask is to add grilled onions. Doesn’t seem like too much to ask for but it is what it is by the time I get back home.

Staff was friendly , table numbers were left on several tables wasn't for sure which tables were not occupied as there were several people there . Whoever sit where we were was messy as the table was dirty and French fries all over the floor . Trash was over flowing .maybe a bad day ?

very unprofessional, took 15 minutes to get my food out. while ordering it took 4 people to take my order because they simply didn’t want to and they would be yelling in the background and goofing off i almost walked out until the manager came out and took it and told them to simmer down my chocolate shake was basically vanilla and the whole time they were complaining about working and yelling and making huge scenes in the back. i would leave 0 stars if i could.

Came to eat for lunch. It took 4 people to take our order. The staff were very unprofessional and obnoxious, joking with each other while we were trying to order. We had 2 employees walk away and tell someone else to take over mid order. Simply because they didn’t want to take it. Almost left and finally someone told them to stop yelling and quiet down.
