Disappointing first time Uber order. My salad was not packed with any dressing. When I called, a guy named Jared sighed and asked if I would like a credit for ranch, or if I would like to come in and get ranch? On an Uber order? I paid to have it delivered to me. He sighed again and never tried to make it right other than the option above. I asked for a mgr and was advised to call the next day. I did, and they were super busy, so the mgr said she would call me back. It never happened....read full review
I grew up eating the Monte Cristo from Bennigan’s waaaay back in the day. So when I saw it was at BoomerJacks, I was excited. Well that was a let down. Soggy, greasy, oily, and the fries were having an identity crisis. There’s probably better food on the menu but that ruined our night all together.
