Came in and the manager, Will, got my order out to me quickly even though he was busy taking orders. It seemed he was the only one who could speak english/spanish that shift. Yet was very helpful and attentive to customers in both lobby and drive-thru.
Ordered ahead order was correct and on time and fresh. Only issue is our honey was missing.
The service is so slow ,I will not be going back.

KFC is a restaurant that receives mixed reviews. Some customers have experienced issues with their orders and service. One customer waited longer than expected for their online order, which resulted in overcooked wings. Another customer faced interruptions and missing items in their drive-thru order, with no response to their complaint. Several customers have also been disappointed when the restaurant was closed early, especially after passing up other places to get fresh food for dinner. Despite these problems, there are positive experiences as well. A young staff member who took the order was praised for being very friendly and working hard to handle both front counter and drive-thru duties while the manager was busy talking with someone who was not a customer. The staff member apologized for the inconvenience caused by the absence of a coworker and tried to help with the order, offering chicken and hot sauce when spicy options were unavailable. While there have been some service hiccups and mistakes, the staff at KFC have shown effort to assist customers. If visitors are willing to overlook some issues, KFC remains a place to enjoy their classic fried chicken and sides.
