I places a very small order ahead on time ( just sto sides ) it said they’re be ready in 15 minutes, once it said they were ready ( the 15 minutes fatal ) I went to the store.
There is a shelve on the counter for “ pick up “ and “ delivery ” but it was completely empty.
They had three employees within eyesight, one working drive thru who noticed me repeatedly.

I was in line and the lady whom im assuming is a manager called a customer the hard r in Spanish and tried to pretend she didn’t. 😭 i felt horrible for the guy and his wife and kid they were extremely rude to the people in front of me and to me as well.
