Used to be very consistent, but the last three times we ordered they didn’t give us pita strips or the free bread, and the falafels were broken up and overcooked to a point where they were hard pieces.
The food here is great and the service is even better. I was helped by Daisy and she was incredibly kind and patient! I have never been to a CAVA before, and she thoroughly explained the options and gave great suggestions. Usually, I feel like I need to be in such a rush when ordering food, but she made the experience very smooth and comfortable. I have never had such excellent customer service before! If you're ever in the area, give it a try!!
