I had an issue with my order and the staff handled it with professionalism. Most places nowadays seem to get annoyed when you express any sort of dissatisfaction. Definitely want to recognize the staff on duty tonight who handled my complaint.

Ordered 8 piece mixed chicken and received 4 wings, 3 breasts, and 1 leg... NOT COOL!!! Also ordered 2 piece fish fillet dinner... No complaints on it....not happy about 4 wings though... That's a rip-off!
After arriving home and seeing my order was incorrect, I went back up to get the missing items. One chicken tender and 2 mozzarella sticks. It ended up there was a series of misunderstandings and mistakes on both sides, which started with them entering my order wrong. I wasn't missing the sticks, they just weren't packaged where they would've been had my order been entered correctly, and I didn't search thru everything. Manager told me what I ordered (didn't ask me) and refused to make it whole. After a heated exchange, I left feeling cheated and crummy over a measley amount of product. I've worked food service for several years of my life and would have apologized for the misunderstanding and handed over the little bit that was being asked for. I wasn't asking for a meal replacement or refund, just those three items. Second star only because I've never had a problem with the kids/young adults, and they have the best sweet tea. Bummer for me.

Waited over 10 minutes for a 1 piece fish dinner. When I got home, it was so overcooked, it was inedible. I called the store and Hannah said she could only refund the fish meal as though I was asking for more. She told me I would need to bring the original receipt and the fish back. When I took it back, the guy handed me $7. He said Hannah had noted to refund $6.99. The dinner was $6.99 + tax. Don't order fish at this location unless you like yours crispy like croutons.

They got my order wrong. I asked for coleslaw as one of my sides it was not put in my box. It was very expensive. It was $16 for four piece tenders and an extra roll and jalapeño bites.

This restaurant got my order wrong and wouldn’t fix it. They charge for dipping sauces with chicken fingers only gravy comes with it. Side door restaurant is locked forcing you to go in around to the front door 15 bucks for seven tenders, french fries and a drink very high priced and not worth what you pay. I’d Skip this place.

I was very happy to see that the restaurant finally opened. If we're on that side of town, usually the service and the food is fresh...we went in, and we were served nicely, only when ordered 12 pieces of chicken, (6 legs and thighs,) we had to get an extra thigh,-they ran out of legs, or possibly didn't have enough, but it was fine...the chicken was good. Also, we ordered 2 family okra--now they could have done better on the okra, because 1 box was more overcooked than the second box--(we ate the first one out of the way)--but usually everything is great since surviving COVID, and they're having us go through the drive-thru for quite a long time, but I was relieved that the restaurant finally opened up to the public--it looked really nice and clean in there!

They are normally ok. But went just now. Ordered a family fry and coke.Fries cold enough to ask for a refund before even pulling away. Coke was so flat it tasted like diet dr. Pepper.Asked for a refund.( Cashier says ok, turns around and tells the group of workers behind her that I would like said refund.They all make a face of disgust then look back at me.I've worked food before. I know what these type of reactions from staff tend to entail. Nothing good is about to be given to me.Another girl grabs a box and proceeds to the back out of sight. And comes back with a full box.There is a real possibility they were just getting fresh ones out the back but after those looks. I'm not risking it.So they said ok, made me wait a few minutes and then tried to give me another fry.Told them no thanks. Just want my money back.Never trust food the second go around.

Total disappointment. Ordered a three piece meal only to be told they had no legs or thighs to go with the two wings I wanted. They were going to charge me almost$11 for three wings. I changed my order to fish and got fish that had to have been sitting under the heat lamp. Didn't have to wait for my fish like I usually do and fish was dry. I used the tartar sauce to eat what I could. Won't be going back for a long time!
