Ordered 8 piece mixed chicken and received 4 wings, 3 breasts, and 1 leg... NOT COOL!!! Also ordered 2 piece fish fillet dinner... No complaints on it....not happy about 4 wings though... That's a rip-off!
After arriving home and seeing my order was incorrect, I went back up to get the missing items. One chicken tender and 2 mozzarella sticks. It ended up there was a series of misunderstandings and mistakes on both sides, which started with them entering my order wrong. I wasn't missing the sticks, they just weren't packaged where they would've been had my order been entered correctly, and I didn't search thru everything. I had an issue with my order and the staff handled it with professionalism. Most places nowadays seem to get annoyed when you express any sort of dissatisfaction. Definitely want to recognize the staff on duty tonight who handled my complaint.
