Definitely better service than a lot of chilis I’ve been to! For an all American restaurant place I finally tried their ribeye and it’s actually really good! Ofc not no Roadhouse but it keeps me satisfied.

I ordered 1 meal for Valentine's day to share that night with my husband of almost 38 years. I had asked for fast priority for my order at 8pm so it said it would take no later then 20min. We didn't receive at that time until 25min after the 20min. When the steak meal w/steamed broccoli arrived, I looked and it was black burnt with red blood inside. I asked for medium well. This is not what medium well looks like so I called this Chili's location then told the manager and asked for a new meal to be replaced. She would not do it for us because we had delivery. Why couldn't they do this? It shouldn't matter. I had been to a different location for a few years and NEVER had a problem with Chili's service until I went to this one. This place needs help. If you are wanting good reviews for your business and want to get a good word out there, then do this to get more customers. Customers first, or your business doesn't grow.

Visited on a busy weekday night and everything went smoothly! Our server Cris was very nice and friendly the entire time we were there. Our food came out fast and overall I have no complaints. With how inconsistent Chili's can be, this establishment is well run and has a multitude of friendly employees. Love it here and will keep coming back in the future!

my experience with a large group was awesome and very well taken care of!! tucker was our server and he was super attentive and caring about all our needs. food was tasty and drinks reasonably priced! very good experience tonight :)

I don't know if I'm being judged because how I was dressed. I came off a 12-hour shift and just wanted to eat a meal and read my book. I was the only person at the table. The second party in her section. I was kind placing my order and excited about my choice. More people show up and receive their food. I was told by her that she didn't press a button to send my order to the kitchen. So now I'm having to wait after other people who just walk in orders are done. So this place is judgemental. If you're not dressed up or alone, you will be treated accordingly. Starting think Denton isn't the city to dine out. Guess because of all the homeless.

We went after the lunch rush and maybe a handful of people so there wasn't a wait time. The hostess sat us quickly but after 5mim I had to go back up to the hostess and asked if we were in a section that had a waitress / waiter, she said she would get someone to wait on us. After about 3min someone finally came. The waitress that came was nice but she asked "would you like your food now or wait a few minutes?" Why would we wait longer for our food?The food was good but not OMG good.The atmosphere was good but this Chili's could redo their cushions in their booths.After we were done I remembered why I didn't like this location. The one up on 380 blows this location out of the water!
