My boyfriend and I had an appointment in Denton TX and stop at Chili’s to have lunch. We were definitely surprised about the food, service and atmosphere in the restaurant. We have visited them in other state and also seemed disappointed in something but they definitely hit all the boxes. The food was fine, but we sat and waited FOR.....EVER.....on the server. We went around 2pm on a Saturday. Restaurant was not particularly busy, but we waited for 15 minutes after being seated for a server to appear. We were literally getting ready to walk out when she arrived. She apologized for the wait and was pleasant, but we were almost out the door.
Hadn't been there for awhile but my youngest came to visit and said he wanted to go there. You would think that they would have chili, being it's their name, but they don't. Disappointing. But everything else we ordered tasted good and had quick and delightful service. I recommend and will probably go back someday.
