Dickey’s Barbecue Pit on I-35E in Denton is hands down one of the best barbecue spots around! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Their brisket is tender and juicy with just the right amount of smokiness, and the ribs fall right off the bone. The sides are just as good—mac & cheese, baked potato casserole, and fried okra are absolute must-haves.

We had an amazing family dinner at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit! The atmosphere was casual and family-friendly, and the staff was super welcoming. The kids loved the free ice cream, and we couldn’t get enough of the pulled pork and brisket. The mac & cheese was a huge hit with our little ones. Definitely a great spot for an easy, delicious family meal!
