When here on orientation this past June, we were invited to eat in the dining hall.I am a celiac, which means I have to be 100% gluten-free and NO cross contamination, or I become VERY ill.The manager of housing and dining took wonderful care of me ordering a gluten-free pizza and over saw the prep personally.I had zero reaction.And the pizza wasn't cardboard!!“
