Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

This is a new location I like their burger in general because I'm not a big meat eater when it come down to burgers but I would love to say they have good customer service so far so good I'm not for sure it's because it's new or that just their personality but I like the manager she was real nice and customer service real good keep up the good work

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Freddy’s tonight. My family and I drove 40 minutes from out of town because we have always enjoyed eating here and have been loyal customers.

We spent $26.76 on our meal, but while eating, my son discovered a large chunk of hair in his food and began choking. It was a terrifying experience for both of us. Seeing your child choke on something that should never have been in his meal is something no parent should have to experience.

While the staff refunded our money, a refund does not erase what happened. My son is now traumatized by the experience and is afraid to eat the food he was served. We made a special trip because we trusted the quality and cleanliness of this restaurant, and this experience completely ruined our evening.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but finding a large chunk of hair in a meal is unacceptable, especially when it causes a child to choke. I hope management takes food safety and quality control more seriously to prevent another family from experiencing something similar.

I do not recommend eating here. I ordered two kids meals for my kids on 6/17/26. They gave them custard that said to discard on 6/13. When I pointed it out, the employees acted like they didn’t know all of the labels had discard dates. I don’t think they checked any of the rest in their cooler. There are flies everywhere in the restaurant while you eat. Constantly waving flies away from the food. Floor is dirty. We love Freddy’s, but will not visit this location unless they do some serious cleaning and get employees that actually care what they are serving to kids.

I’m so excited Freddy’s is 10 minutes from my house! I signed up on the app and got a free steak burger! I also got a Turtle concrete and tots and a drink. The tots and concrete were AMAZING and the steak burger was good but too salty. I think that is because it had too much mustard on it? I think next time I will get my steak burger with mayo instead of mustard. I can’t wait to come back and try some more concretes this summer!

Waited over 15 minutes in the drive though only to be handed the wrong order. When we went inside and let them we ordered concretes, not shakes, the employees lied and said this was a concrete that it was just not thick.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The food was served cold and had an unpleasant taste. It did not seem fresh, the and the bread tasted stale, as if it was old.

In addition, the restrooms were dirty and poorly maintained. The trash bins were overflowing, with garbage spilling out because there was no room left inside.

Overall, the quality of both the food and the cleanliness of the establishment did not meet expectations, and I would not return.

1st time here and it was delicious and service was amazing too!!!

Paid $7 for a “concrete” that was completely melted and had a water like consistency. Definitely did not live up the name. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable for a place know for selling milkshakes & custards. Had much higher expectations from previous experiences, but I was extremely disappointed with the outcome of this visit.

Awesome staff, great cheese curds. Had an issue with the order that may or may not have been my fault and they resolved it quickly and in a very friendly way. Prices are comparable to Chick-fil-A. I like to support a business that is trying hard. Keep up the good work!

All the young guys and gals working there are very friendly.

Food was terrible. Ice cream had a weird taste to it. Told manager and they didn't say anything. Didn't know how to use rewards program. Soda fountain was making a loud screeching noise. Very unpleasant visit overall. Will not go back.

Sunday 5/24/26 was my first visit ever. It was exceptional. The young people in the drive through were patient with me, courteous and professional. The food was excellent and fresh. I was very impressed. I'm from Fort Worth, I wish their was a location in the North Fort Worth vicinity closer to me. But, whenever I am close by I will stop by again.
