Made an order over the app went to pick up never came out and still got charged for it even tho i called customer service they told it cant charge me till the order is been given to the customer, had to called them twice and than thats they took action from this store i bought it from telling me i could come by for a refund to many bad experience at this location

This is my local McDonalds and I am happy it is! I have a family member who has a restricted diet and they customize his order every day, including making sure the smoothie maker is operating so he can get the blend he needs. Because they are open 24 hours, I have gotten to know the employees, and when new folks are added to the crew, they are trained and work well as a team. They finally got my order correct! Fish fillet without cheese and it was made fresh. Last time they gave one that was already made with cheese they just flipped the fillet over like I wasn't going to check it! I made them make me a fresh one while I watched them ?
