Mexican Oak is a restaurant that serves delicious food. The service is excellent and the food comes out fast. The restaurant is beautiful and super clean, including the restrooms. The menu has unique items, such as short rib enchiladas with red sauce. The classic margarita with sugar on the rim is a perfect finishing touch to a meal. The combo steak and chicken fajitas are highly recommended. The restaurant has a nice selection of cocktails and artisanal sodas. The homemade black bean dip and salsas are excellent. The breakfast taco plate and short rib enchiladas are popular dishes. The portions are copious and the prices are reasonable, especially for lunch/brunch. The restaurant has a fun ambience and is highly recommended. Mexican Oak is not Tex Mex, but rather serves flavors expected in Mexico City. The steak is crazy good and tender, and the chicken enchiladas have a nice green salsa Verde with blue corn tortillas.
