We went tonight because it was National Hamburger Day. We eat there regularly after baseball practice. We pulled up at 9:05. The store is supposed to be open until 10:00. The door was locked and there was a handwritten sign that said “We close at 9.” The employees could see us outside and no one would come to the door. They just stood there shaking their heads at us. Maybe they ran out of food or maybe the grill quit working which is completely understandable. But to not even come to the door to explain the situation was extremely rude.
Delicious food! Excellent customer service from friendly welcoming staff who always go above and beyond. If you download their rewards app, you can get great deals also. One of my favorite restaurants in Denton!
