“Picking up an order as I do on the regular for others. They need to get more staff indeed. They need a dedicated person for bagging, accepting payment, dealing with to-go orders. Another VERY ENERGETIC, FAST MOVER who prefers to dance and move alone could handle the order fullfillment. In fact, for waiting guests to watch someone who moves at that pace is awesome entertainment and speaks to proper tale t management. Conversely, seei g ONE PERSON do the whole front line and seem overwhelmed will lead to failure of staff morale and customer experience. I rated highly because I anticipate they will fix this minor hiccup quickly.“
“My partner and I grab the Family meal from to time and it never disappoints. The associates are so nice and not because they have to be. It feels genuine. I just had an associate chase after me to make sure I got my Apple Pie roll - which is delicious by the way! Thank y'all!
