I was treated to a free meal today by the manager because a gift card I received at Christmas didn't work. The young lady, named Andrea, was a doll and so kind and helpful. I was embarrassed but they made me feel so at ease. Wonderful service and food was to die for!!💕
As of Right Now I Don’t Recommend this location!
Paid $24.00 Got home and my Baguette was just tossed in the bag ! Not wrapped !
Couldn’t even eat it if I wanted, Baguette was dried out 😡

Panera Bread Long time customer of Panera Bread , but this location (Denton, TX) is not recommended. Check your to go portion. The employee serving there only give you half a cup. I inquire about it and he in a rude manner took the cup back and acted like he was going to add more to the cup, but did not pour any soup back. Manager was looking and noticed but did not said anything. Im paying almost $10 dollars for a cup of soup, not half of a cup.
