Hey, remember when your bartenders asked for a raise and instead of talking to them about their concerns you just fired them all and closed for a while? yeah that was fun to see. I wonder if anyone calculated the cost of benefit closed for a few weeks vs just paying the wages. Probably not, ego tends to rule over sense in these kinds of matters.
The experience of watching the bartenders hand craft the cocktails can only be topped by the taste. Wonderful atmosphere for couples, friends or groups.
