One of the best chopped bbq sandwiches I’ve ever had. The bun was lightly toasted to perfection, the bbq was smoke just right and the sauce was on point. I’m sad they aren’t in the Houston area, because I would visit there more often. They were at my high school class reunion. Vibes were awesome. Conversation was great. People were so nice.

We had the mac and cheese and brisket plate from this food truck, and everything was absolutely delicious. The brisket was especially impressive, perfectly tender with a rich, smoky flavor. It is easily some of the best brisket in town. Thank you for a great dinner. We will definitely be back!
