It is an exceptionally high quality food truck with unique Texan-Mediterranean fusion dishes, offering an amazing mix of BBQ, Mediterranean smoked meat, hot chipotle, and pickled veggies. The menu includes unique combinations like the Meditex plate or bowl with perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and tender lamb, as well as the best brisket in town—perfectly smoked, insanely tender, and full of rich flavor. They offer shawarma, veggie and rice bowls, and many meats. The food is complimented by rice, cucumber, house sauce, and incredible hummus. The restaurant also provides halal options and vegan options, so everyone’s covered. It is easily some of the best Mediterranean food around, with amazing food and amazing vibes, making it a new favorite and a regular go-to list spot for a truly novel fusion cuisine.
