Absolutely terrible. I never write reviews but I took the time for this one. I ordered a dirty coke with extra sweet cream. I got it and it was a regular coke. I tried to get a hold of them to correct it. It took them 5 minutes to answer back, and there was only 3 other cars. I told her what happened. She said oh my bad we are out of coconut. I told her nicely that I paid extra for it and I didn’t even get the sweet cream. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked if I could at least get my money back. She said that’s not possible because I ordered through the app. I will never be returning to this location. Which is a shame because I am a big Sonic fan. But this was the last straw.

Ordered food through Uber and ordered a chicken slinger. I added cheese and once the food I arrived I saw they didn't add the cheese, nor the pickles along with none of the sauces I ordered. Which was annoying but I was able to overlook it because it was not that big of a deal. However, once I bit into the chicken I thought it looked a bit funny. A bit raw. After opening the patty up a little more I was able to see that it was in fact raw and I was eating raw chicken which grossed me out tremendously. The fact that this looks like it wasn't cooked well enough and was still given out like this is crazy to me. Do better

I asked for the #12 entre (sauced jumbo popcorn) and waited 10 minutes for it to come out just for them to have got my order wrong. The carhops apparently CANT read numbers because they gave me the #8 instead (jumbo popcorn w/o sauce); then when I tried to press the button to tell them they got my order wrong, they told me they were no longer taking orders and hung up on me not once but TWICE. I had to pick up the phone to actually CALL THEM to replace my order with what I asked! I wasn't even going to make a big deal about it first, I was just going to eat what I was given, but the food wasn't fresh, and tasted like it had been left out for hours because I could barely even bite into the chicken. Take my word babe, this place serves nothing but disappointment!!
This location on the app is always unavailable. How are the other ones available at all times, but never this location? Car hops are fine, just the location itself and time if you don't use app are garbage.

Food is nasty I ain’t even from this area but I went with a friend and everything was horrible fries cold drinks was watered down I threw my stuff away I’m front of the mgmt this is not a good location and when we ask to at least just make the stuff fresh we was told no they can’t do that we have to complain to get another order fresh redone or repay customer service is bad here don’t recommend anybody to eat here bad service

This place is disgusting I can't even order simple drinks or ice just by itself without something being in the drink I had a tiny piece of hard plastic in my cup of ice and had part of a leaf in my tea this is horrible yall might need an inspection or something
