I don’t usually expect much from Sonic—I’ve eaten here every so often since I was a kid, and I’ve always appreciated it for a cheap breakfast, decent food, and affordable prices. Tough crowd asnI read through the previous comments.

All of the food we ordered was drenched in sauce. After watching my daughter wipe her burger off i decided i just wanted a refund. They then teied to convince me to let them just remake it. I told them no. He then explained its a hassle to refund just 1 item. I told him sorry but i would like my cash back. They then brought me back a refund but it was not the full amount. When i asked about the rest the guy came out and just tossed the extra dollar down and walked off.
Look... Autistic... Toothache... Crappy day... More irritated than ordinary before I got there...

But I do speak very clearly, so if I happen to have repeated my entire order twice and find myself immediately correcting almost all of it... Whataburger is across the street.

Another customer ordered through Uber, but the driver likely left their order on the ground without a bag, and Uber support was unable to provide a refund. Fortunately, the manager Skyla was very helpful, remaking the entire order quickly and ensuring the customer received their food. Despite occasional problems with the kiosk, which sometimes doesn’t work when arriving, most customers find the service to be good, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Visiting during non-busy hours is recommended for a better experience.
