I stopped coming here last semester because my drink (the only drink I get from Starbucks for the past 3+ years) would never come out right, and when I tried to address how my drink wasn’t the right color or taste— they always argued with me about how it is in fact right even though it wasn’t. They’re always extremely slow, even when there are few customers. It’s rare that my drink is made correctly. I ask for no ice and they still put in ice. I do not ask for anything complicated — I just order what’s on the menu.

it’s fine, it’s just so annoying, I understand that it’s a campus but this is also the same with other franchises on campus? you can’t use rewards and they just don’t function like normal locations. I think that’s literally quite odd. At least you can earn stars but can’t use them on campus
