Great location - clean and cozy. The standout here making me write a review is the employees here are so genuinely friendly! A lot of Starbucks rush you through, understandably given how busy they can be, but here the employees don’t make you feel rushed while still being efficient and take the time to be friendly and inviting.

I've frequented this location around a dozen times in the past six months. The drive thru moves reasonably quickly, all things considered, but I have waited over 10 minutes before. My average wait time was half that, though. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. I will say two things, however: 1) I have placed an order, confirmed it at the intercom, and sat in line for 10 minutes only to be told at the window that they didn't have the food, and 2) there is...

I've been here for the last three months and didn't Texas due to work and I have to tell you this Starbucks located at Loop 288 right outside the mall has the best customer service I've ever experience.
