Dude made my sandwich and then immediately went on break to smoke meth, hopped into a truck parked out front and the girl driving had a pookie pipe in her hand, the entire interaction I had with him when he made my sandwich was super weird and uncomfortable

Very sad how service has dropped. And also why can't we see the ingredients anymore? I was waiting for a missing ingredient (tuna/tuna). I left without ordering and went to eat at the Mexican restaurant next door.

I honestly don't see a way to express myself well about the place, it is in very bad condition. Very dirty everywhere, the person who served me was friendly but his long hair was on his shirt, I even dare to say that he has dandruff and that is not hygienic, the vegetables were in bad condition, perhaps frozen or had been served for days. The sandwich had no flavor. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend eating there. I love the subway, but not at this place.

Why can you not see meats and cheeses anymore? Why are they putting less meat on? Veggies were half frozen. I love subway but probably won't be back for a while now.

Lady with freckles I guess she’s dressing like the Wendy’s logo, was rude when I wanted my sandwich a special way. Eating there the mail man exits once he’s done eating he says thank you Happy Halloween the freckle lady smiles when I leave I say thank you Happy Halloween & the huge freckle lady subway worker rolls her eyes. Rude people working here and wilted produce. I won’t be back!!

After handing my order on paper to gentleman saying exactly what I wanted I still had to repeat the order 5 times. Maybe removing the air buds and listening to the customer would be more appropriate. But staff was friendly.

This was quite literally the worst subway experience of my life and it took EVERYTHING in my power to not walk out. 3 sandwiches took 30+ minutes for two employees to make. It was like watching sloths work quite literally. All of the spinach and lettuce was rotted and was disgusting, when told to remove the rotten lettuce off my sandwich the employee acted completely clueless far beyond reasonable expectations and we had to repeat our request 5 times before she was able to SEE the lettuce. I laughed off this entire experience but good lord $27 for 3 sandwiches and that crazy of an experience… goodness…

Ok, ok, ok... I know. I swore I wouldn't come back here based on the last time I'd been in.. but, my hubby said they'd turned it around - not so chintzy on the toppings. We walked in at 11am and were the only customers at the time. They've definitely improved the menu since the latest round of commercials that have been aired. The two cheerful ladies making our sammiches were very nice. I settled on a good ol' veggie 6" on wheat. I love pepper jack cheese so I asked for double cheese, toasted. Then, double the spinach, cucumber, new type of thicker sliced dill pickle chips, banana peppers, red onion, S&P and the Parmesan vinaigrette. They had some new Ms. V's Spicy Dill Pickle potato chips too so I grabbed those. Then, filled my cup with Vitamin Water. They've definitely added high tops, a bar along the wall and a few booths for seating. As we unwrapped our sammies, I was shocked. They were chock full of quality ingredients. It is a sammich, but it should be a big, salad on bread IMO. I happily got to work demolishing it - occasionally pausing to shove a crunchy chip inside the sammich for extra texture. I normally do not care for sammies but this one was good! I'll investigate again in the next month to see if they keep up the Q in Quality and report back. What do you think? Go there. Get some. Life is too short for boring food!

Scammer gets scammed. We asked to use a promotion, and only after the sandwiches were made and they rang us up, did they tell us the deal was not applicable to our order. They gave me the wrong bread, and I’ve noticed the size of the sandwiches are only a fraction of what they used to be. I’m willing to bet this place will go out of business within the year. ☹️
