If you cannot afford to stay open, shut it down. This is the 3rd time in 6 months that I've visited your store and there's only 1 worker busting their butts trying to keep up with phone orders and in store customers. You make your shop look cheap compared to other sandwich shops that have 5. 6, 7 workers behind the counter. Hire more workers.
This store is one of the nicest store I have been in and the manager is awesome she good with the customer and the people her name is brook Johnson she really knows how to take care of her store and the people that come in and out good job and she great with her employees you go girl good job thank you for all my good experience there
The employees appear to be new, so service was understandably a bit slow. I arrived at 5:56 p.m. and didn’t pay for my food until 6:37 p.m. Just sharing my experience so others know what to expect.

While some visits may be met with friendly and efficient service, such as from staff members like Kelly, others may experience delays and frustration. Orders may be prepared out of sequence, leading to cold sandwiches. Additionally, some customers have noticed a decrease in meat portions and frozen vegetables, which may deter them from returning.
