This was the most disappointing trip to whataburger I've ever had. They got our order completely wrong 2 times. We didn't take it back again because we wanted to get back home.

Not sure what happened but they read our back to us both times (which was correct) and still messed it up.

It's bad enough what food cost now but not getting what you order is really disappointing.

Took my husband to this store at 5am in the morning at the w. university location on Thursday 11/28/25. and let me tell you they treated us like we were at a 5 star sit down restaurant even tho we were in the Drive- thru. Everything was Hot fresh! Excellent Customer service!

Me and my friend came by for lunch and the staff was as so so nice!!! The workers were nice taking our order, and bringing it to us! They checked on us twice and even the manager came by each table to greet everyone and ask if we needed refills. I have never felt more appreciated and welcomed in any fast food restaurant before this! We even had an employee take our trash for us! Best experience ever, would highly recommend coming here <3
