I have been coming to McKenzie 's Kitchen for years since they where in Desoto. The food is always great and service is excellent. U have to come early cause they are very busy.
I don't understand the expense and time invested in opening a business and the owners not offering not only quality products but quality service. The wait time was horrendous at the Desoto location but now! We went one Sunday afternoon and had to wait almost an hour past the posted opening time! There were others in line that said that's common! Sure there maybe those who come back for the food but you're going to loose a lot of customers because of the lousy service. Food is always on point. Best meatloaf and yams I've ever had. But their understaffed and if you have something else to do you might want to go ahead of time because their old folks and they move slow. But other than that food is good
