Ordered the turtle blizzard for takeout and a dipped cone. Blizzard was supposed to have Carmel/chocolate and all it was -was vanilla ice cream & pecans. The vanilla ice cream used was very sour tasting.

Very disappointed with this location. Burger Buns hard as a rock, fries burnt beyond crisp, 1 pickle, no alternative beverages available accept soda, no tea, nothing sugar-free. Very honest when I say I do not recommend nor will ever return. Gentlemen at the front was the best part of the experience

Excellent customer service. The lady in the drive thru spoke plainly and clearly and was very polite. The food was good but my cone was a bit stale; however, the ice cream was on point. This is a very well run establishment. You can tell the employees really care about their work and the customers.

I had a good experience, I didn't order food. Just ice cream and drinks, but Reggie was our cashier. He was nice, polite, friendly and funny. As we sat down and there was no one ordering he grabbed a broom and pan sweeped around, and when the orders was ready he would politely notify people and would gather their attention when he wasnt heard. It was a nice change from what I was used to in my hometown.
They customized my burger without extra cost. It was ok, but lacked "something". Just wasn't tasty.

Very disappointing to say the least. The hamburgers we ordered was cold. Meat was cold, bun was cold. Cheese couldn't even melt. We took the hamburgers back up after one bite and made them aware of the issue. Was advised to give them back and they would make sure they was warm. I don't think so. Your customer service should have kicked in. Tossed the burgers and made them right. That's the least you could have done. When asked for a manger we was then told they don't have one. Then we asked who's in charge? Was told "we don't have one"! Lol! Horrible!You would think as the owner of this establishment you would want your restaurant to really be successful. This place has a ton of potential, yet you're dropping the ball. What a shame. Read your reviews and do better. It's pretty simple really.
