Fish Place Dickinson Reviews
I have been eating here for so many years. The Best Catfish in the Greater Houston/Galveston area. I have since moved away from Dickinson, but I come to see Ms. Lily once a month and still get the "All You Can Eat Catfish." A MUST when in the area or traveling to Galveston. 5 stars all the way...they treat you like family.
Chicken fried steak dinner was over cooked, hard to chew missing a item, The fried chicken sandwich was thin mostly crust the food is expensive already and now they charge a fee for credit/debit card use and a to go fee. Contacted them to let them know about our disappointment in their food this time, they did not care to reply back. They use to be awesome I will just go to T-bone Toms, or Kelly's for my chicken fried steak cravings from now on. I wont be going back.

The Fish Place Dickinson offers a clean and well-presented dining experience. The fried fish and shrimp cocktail are good, but the fried tilapia has an unpleasant smell and taste. The Oyster Po-Boy is great, but the Seafood Gumbo is strong, and the dirty rice has a stale flavor. Despite some minor issues, the portions are worth the price, and the friendly service and ample seafood choices make it a worthwhile visit.
